Stirling
Stirling
A picturesque Adelaide hills suburb with a relaxed, and gentrified vibe.

Stirling, Adelaide (Hills)

Stirling is the pick of the Adelaide hills suburbs. It's a picturesque middle class place with plenty of nice homes, beautiful tree lined streets, a great organic cafe, and residents aged above 40 for whom serenity is more important than partying. This is one peaceful, gentrified area with plenty of birds, great views and a conservative political bent. Stirling comes with a higher price tag. It is just  a 20 minute drive from the city centre. Stirling has plenty of deciduous trees meaning Autumn here is quite colourful. June and July tend to be quite wet, cold and foggy. It's close to some great wildlife areas, parks and gardens. Stirling is next door to equally appealing Aldgate. Location: Adelaide hills. Distance from city centre: 16km. Direction: East.  (More info below and to your left <<<)
