Where cashed-up alternative and community minded professionals like to live.
North Fitzroy, Melbourne, (inner north)
North Fitzroy is where the arty, creative types graduate to when they get older, start having families, earn more money and want a quieter neighbourhood. It's got a good village feel, and a dedication to organic food. The architecture is mostly Victorian terraces and cottages, and there are some wide, tree-lined streets. Property prices here are high.
