Hornsby
A shopping and transport hub on the north shore, and a place designed for families.
Hornsby, Sydney (north shore)
Welcome to suburbia. Hornsby is your average kinda Sydney north shore suburb, except it has a huge Westfield shopping complex, plenty of transport and is a child care hub. It has lovely tree-lined streets, people who mow their lawns, and is next to some upmarket chi-chi badda bling suburbs with expensive private schools. It is essentially family and young professionals territory. Hornsby also has a decent Indian, Korean and Chinese population, meaning this place has good food. Thousands of people pass through Hornsby each day en-route to somewhere else. The architecture varies from brick townhouses and small apartment blocks to brick homes or timber homes.
