Rose Bay is another exclusive suburb in Sydney’s fashionable east. There are two shopping villages - one on New South Head Road and the other on Old South Head Road.

There is a small harbour beach behind the New South Head Road shops. At low tide it's a good place to take yourself or your dog for a walk, or just sit and look out across to the city.

Like other suburbs in the area, Rose Bay is upper middle class and tends to be a magnet for families and professionals. Property prices are among the highest in Sydney.
