St Ives
St Ives
A family suburb surrounded by parks, trees and native birds

St Ives, Sydney (north shore)

'Serenity now!' If you’ve ever wanted to live in a semi-rural area near the city, this place comes close to it. St Ives has wide tree lined streets, larger homes, is surrounded by parks and natural bush, meaning there is plenty of nature to keep you stimulated. It's also a great place if privacy and quiet neighbours are a must. (More information below...)

St Ives is generally a great place for families, executives or mature couples.

There’s a pleasant shopping centre which caters well for the demographics and comes with a carpeted floor!

The general feel is of law abiding, middle class people on the conservative side of politics. In recent years, quite a few South Africans have settled into the area, meaning if you are a biltong fan, you will be able to find it and other South African food in St Ives (Stanley St).

Parking is easy. The vibe: family life. Shoe equivalent: Mountford and Easy Steps. Would suit: ages 40+, families, executives. Location: parks. Postcode: 2075. Distance: 18km from the city centre. Direction: North.
