Kirribilli
Harbour views, a good village atmosphere and the home of the Australian Prime Minister.
Kirribilli, Sydney (lower north shore)
Kirribilli is the cultural pick of the lower north shore. It’s one of Australia’s oldest and most affluent suburbs. Kirribilli's shopping precinct is small, with a casual and relaxed village feel. There are a few walking tracks offering stunning views across the harbour. For an unbeatable view of the Opera House, go to the corner of Kirribilli Ave and Beulah St and snap away. Kirribilli is Aboriginal for "good fishing spot". (More information below and to your left <<<)
The village has old style shops mixed in with vibrant cafes that attract crowds on weekends and warm weeknights. Kirribilli has a mixture of old terraces, modern high-rise apartments and older style apartment blocks.
